Cancellations

• We understand things happen, but in case you need to cancel please cancel prior to the 24 hour period if possible.

Delays

• We understand there may be reasons for delay, but failure to show up on time to your appointment or delaying start time will result the appointment being cancelled or the look being modified to fit the booking time.
• Keeping your artist past the allotted time of service may result in a different service charge. It’s important to be mindful of everyone’s time and be respectful and understanding.
